The service was extremely helpful, especially with the Low Emission zone, and the staff were welcoming, providing very good information. The location was convenient, with easy access to the center of town while still feeling like you're in the 'real' Gent. The dining options were excellent in terms of selection and quality. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
